Hotel Castor - half board

This little gem is located deep in the Ayas valley and is a family-run hotel. Castor has been owned by the same family since 1907 (Formerly known as Hotel delle Poste). The hotel is characterized by history and cosiness, which you can see on arrival.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and all are equipped with
shower, toilet, TV and Internet.
Some rooms have balconies.

The hotel is suitable for children and families,
larger groups and there is a pleasant
lounge, playroom and TV room that can
be used by all guests.

The hotel bar, which has an original
interior and is often visited by the seasoneers.
One evening a week there is usually
live music when Herman who operates the hotel
(together with his wife Bea) plays
his keyboard and entertains
together with guests and locals. So if you are brave enough, stop by and sing a song or two (Muisc Night are usually held on Tuesdays).

The cooks in the kitchen creates local and Italian specialties. This is a hotel that is clearly worth a visit.

When you stay at the Hotel Castor they offer one day off-piste with mountain guide and one day on the slopes with ski instructor for free. You should just remember that you notify the front desk upon arrival.

The hotel also offers babysitting in return for payment (advance booking required).

It is approximately seven minute walk to the lift.
